My name is Angela Rocha,

I have been in the education field for over 10 years and my husband and I have 3 wonderful teenagers who keep us busy, and remind me every day how much children teach us, too.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children ranging from 4 weeks to 12 years old in a variety of settings—including Early Learning Centers, ECEAP, and Ready Start programs in both private and public school environments. Through my path in the different disciplines, I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support children from diverse backgrounds, including neurodiverse learners ages 3 to 8. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how essential strong, respectful partnerships between educators and families are to a child's success.

I strive to create engaging, child-centered learning experiences that meet each child where they are. In addition to my classroom and leadership experience, I am currently completing my Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and hold a certificate in Family Support. My approach is grounded in building community and working collaboratively with families and staff to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development—while fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for all.
