Welcome To Mill Creek

Hello! My name is Telma Rojas, and I am excited to serve as your Center Director.

I have dedicated more than 33 years to working with and advocating for children. I began my career as a preschool teacher before transitioning into leadership, where I have spent more than 20 years directing early childhood programs and supporting children, families, and educators.

I studied Early Childhood Education in Rancho Cucamonga and Pasadena, California, and am a trained and certified Outdoor Classroom Specialist. Throughout my career, I have proudly led programs through NAEYC accreditation three times and spent 26 years with Serendipity Schools in Southern California.

I believe every child deserves a happy, meaningful childhood with the freedom to learn, explore, and grow at their own pace. My goal is to create a safe and engaging environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and strong relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, biking, golfing, reading with a cup of hot tea, and relaxing at home with my two fur babies.

I look forward to meeting our families, getting to know each child, and building meaningful relationships within our community!
