Welcome To Edmonds

My name is Lisa Mills Rodney-Peterson. I’ve worked in childcare for nearly a decade now, from behavior support to preschool teaching, and now as Director at ABC Learning Center of Edmonds. I have always had a passion for working with children and families, thanks to my parents who always showed initiative in engaging with our local communities when I was growing up. This led to me earning my Bachelors in Family and Human Development, and ultimately to my career in early childhood education. I am a strong believer in the saying, “The parents are the child’s first educator,” which is why I am always on the lookout for local resources to support the families whose children we are privileged to look after every day.
