I am Rosian Dinatali, a dedicated educator and leader with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and school leadership. As the Center Director at ABC Learning Center, I am committed to creating a nurturing, high-quality learning environment where children can thrive, educators can grow, and families feel supported.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Theology from an Indonesian university, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Currently, I am further expanding my expertise by pursuing a Diploma in Children’s Art from England, United Kingdom, enhancing my ability to integrate creativity, hands-on learning, and exploration into early education.

Throughout my journey in education, I have had the privilege of working in Singaporean, Korean, and Japanese schools, gaining valuable international experience and a deeper understanding of diverse educational approaches. With a decade of leadership experience, I take pride in leading with dedication, vision, and a deep commitment to the success of every child, teacher, and family in our learning community. 

Besides English, I am fluent in Indonesian, Malay, and basic Korean, bringing a multicultural perspective to my leadership, fostering inclusive communication and a globally minded approach to education.
