Welcome To Mukilteo

Hello! My name is Courtney Decker and I am the Center Director at ABC Learning Center Mukilteo. I have over 10 years experience in early childhood education and a degree in education.

 

As the Center Director, I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment where every child and family feels welcomed and supported. With my experience in early childhood education and childcare leadership, I focus on maintaining strong standards of care, safety, and curriculum while supporting and mentoring staff to do their best work. I believe meaningful partnerships with families are essential to a child’s success, and I prioritize open communication and collaboration. My goal is to lead a positive, inclusive program where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically while developing confidence and a lifelong love of learning. I look forward to working with and serving all of the families at ABC Learning Center in Mukilteo!
