Hello! My name is Elisa Pagán and I am the Center Director at the Redmond ABC Learning Center. I’m an early childhood education professional who truly loves this work. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in directorial, supervisory, and classroom roles, each one deepening my commitment to creating nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environments. I take great pride in supporting children and families from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and I strive to make every space I lead feel welcoming and supportive for all.

My experience includes hiring and guiding strong teams, developing and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula, and building clear operational systems that consistently meet—and often exceed—state licensing and regulatory standards. I’m passionate about fostering joyful, engaging environments where young learners can grow, explore, and truly thrive, while also ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and thoughtfully.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Lake Washington Institute of Technology and am a proud graduate of the University of Washington’s Practice-Based Coaching Program. My studies strengthened my understanding of coaching through relationships, supporting culturally and linguistically diverse learners, effective communication, guiding behavior with connection, individualizing learning, and collaborative program development and administration. This academic foundation has shaped me into a more intentional, compassionate, and effective leader in the field I care so deeply about.
